Sanjoy Bhattacharyya, an engineer from Kolkata, started his career in 1996 with DLW, a German company. He joined HUL in 2001, working in various roles and locations across India. As of his last engagement he was an FM at Nalagadh (Ice Cream); from 2019 to 2023, he served as an FM at Mysore (Coffee); and from 2023 to the present, he has been an FM at UNL. Sanjoy is known for his deep understanding of chemical reactions and his eagerness to implement new technologies. He has extensive experience in factory operations and data analysis.

Govinda Shahi commenced his journey with Unilever Nepal on the 15th of February, 2013. Since joining Unilever Nepal, Mr. Shahi has held different roles, each contributing effectively to the company's growth and success. He has been associated with Unilever since 2022 and has worked with multiple teams across Employee Relations (ER), HR for Customer Development, HR for finance and more. In his last role, he has led the HR department at HUL Chhindwara Factory, India and landed multiple progressive ER practices at the unit.
