With an aim to deliver a superlative product experience, a state-of-the-art factory has been set up at the city of Hetauda in Nepal. This is a strategic factory as it caters to the entire market of Nepal.

Hetauda factory is situated at the foothills of Himalayas in the area of 12.39 acres with 4.68 acres as build-up space. Factory consists of eight production lines comprising hair, oral & skin care products along-side skin cleansing and beverage products. The strength of our factory team is 274 including contractual employees and as a part of women empowerment, we have employed 20% females as fulltime employees.

A brief walkthrough through the history of our factory:

Hetauda factory was commissioned in the year 1994 with home care products such as Wheel and Vim bar. Subsequently, manufacturing of personal wash and oral care products has been started in the year 1995 under the brand names Lux, Liril & Close-up. In the year 1998, more products under the personal care category were added and the manufacturing of shampoo was started in the year 2013. Later, in the year 2018, the localization of various beauty & personal care products has been done under the brand names Ponds & Vaseline. Also, the tea manufacturing line has been set-up in the year 2019. The year 2020 was quite rewarding for us as we had delivered multiple solutions in the space of sustainability & automation.
